The Sacramento Transportation & Air Quality Collaborative (STAQC) completed its multi-year effort to educate community stakeholders and facilitate stakeholder negotiations on transportation, air quality, and land use policy issues in Sacramento County. The resulting four-volume Final Report was published in December 2005.
